Our family spent the weekend of August 29th. We had a fantastic time! We stayed in one of the king rooms with the 2 bunk beds. Kids loved the room and there was plenty of space. We had 4 kids and 2 babies plus my husband and I. We had a great time in the water park. The life guards did an outstanding job. Not going to lie little nerve racking going with a 4 month old and a 20 month old. But with then help of our older children and the watchful eyes of the life guards it was nice to be able to let out 20 month old play with his older siblings and still know the life guards have a watchful eye over them all. It was a little crowded here and there while we where there as it is a weekend but the lines moved fast and the kids never seemed board. Our 10 year old had a problem with some kids picking on her and trying to hit her and the life guard was all over it and took care of it right away. We also enjoyed the restaurant upstairs, was a nice brake from the water and with the kids eat free!!! It was great. Kids all enjoyed the food and there BBQ chicken pizza was great! Over all it was a fantastic weekend and we are already trying to figure out when we can come again. Huge thanks to splash universe and their staff, especially the life guards! And to the hotel for making it a great stay.

spent my 60th birthday here, with family and friends. we had a couple of family suites, and although we had a problem with the pull out couch for beds, the hotel staff was quick on resolving the problems and making sure that I will return and highly recommend both splash universe, and the hotel. Thank you to ALL of the staff.

We had an awesome time this past weekend from the minute we walked in until the time we left. The girl at the front desk was training or learning the system so it took a Lil longer but her interaction was great and help pass the time her trainer was even better kudos on great staff. Our room was clean and very cozy and kids eat free at the restaurant extra bonus!...we will definitely be back!...

This place was amazing from the time we walked through the door until check out the next day, all of the staff was very welcoming and friendly they made sure all our needs were met, the front desk Manager Kathy was awesome and we had a terrific experience with Hailey our restaurant waiter as well the room was more then what we expected Queen bunk bed Suite, we'll definitely be coming back!

My family and I visited Splash Universe for the first time on this past "Taco Thursday" and we were very pleased with everything! Our children are 3 and almost 6 and this was the perfect water park for them!! I especially want to applaud the many life guards who are everywhere making sure everyone is safe! They were all very attentive and that made this Mommy very happy!!! We all can't wait to go back!
